You don’t know me.
But that’s only because I don’t want you to.

I have the most lucrative job in the country as a hacker in the notorious underworld. I’ve built entire systems and destroyed evidence for career advancement while stealing and exploiting data for personal gain.
I’m the black hat hacker for the Chicago Syndicate and hold all the dirty secrets of the most powerful men in the U.S. in the palm of my hands, just a keystroke away from mass ruination.

However, no one knows my dirty secret, a decision from my past that’s just aching to blow up in my face and shatter my future. Especially when a certain wavy haired brunette begins to demand my attention with her odd ways and her carefree attitude.

She’s a woman who makes me go against everything I’ve ever believed.
A woman whom I’m forbidden from having my usual one-night stand with, even if she was available.
A woman whom I have to keep from getting herself killed, whether she likes it or not.

You don’t know me, but neither does she…yet.

Hello, Hello!

You love Mafia romances? give this one a try, It’s a standalone and I highly recommend it.

I love Soraya and her work, haven’t been disappointed so far.
I finished reading Black Hat Hacker yesterday midnight and I LOVED it! This book was simple yet stunningly awesome. It had some dark moments BUT, I couldn’t put this book down till I finished it, and still feel like wanting more~

Mary and Henry have an unusual friendship/relationship.

Mary (The Chicago Syndicate’s Boss’s sister) is a sweetheart. She’s beautiful, sassy and have her heart on her sleeve, But still, a strong one. She knew what she wanted.
She develops feelings for Henry but he keeps pushing, pulling away and shutting her out.

Henry,  is a dominant, protective man. He grew up as a foster kid and had some bad experiences.. He thinks he can’t love and doesn’t want a real relationship because of that.
He tries to do everything in his power to keep Mary safe but is in denial to his own feelings.

The one thing I was pissed about was Henry!!! I was pissed at him for not telling Mary about his past and the TRUTH…he had plenty of opportunities to do so. He knew, deep inside, Mary is confidential and wouldn’t say a word YET he kept holding back till it was almost late. That was when I wanted to knock some sense into him badly lol

Overall, I LOVE the book and I just keep wishing for more and more..
can’t wait for the next coming book about Carmine..that one sounds interesting already, especially since we know how he can be!

Happy reading
